NARM Therapy

What is NARM?

The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is a therapeutic model for addressing attachment, relational and developmental trauma, by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties.

These early, unconscious patterns of disconnection deeply affect our identity, emotions, physiology, behavior and relationships.

How NARM Works

NARM focuses on the connection between early developmental experiences and current emotional struggles. Through compassionate and insightful therapy, we help you:

  • Understand the Impact of Early Experiences: Explore how past experiences shape your current emotional patterns.
  • Resolve Developmental Trauma: Address unresolved issues from childhood that affect your relationships and self-perception.
  • Develop Emotional Resilience: Learn strategies to build emotional strength and navigate life’s challenges.
  • Cultivate Self-Awareness: Increase your awareness of how past experiences influence present behaviors and choices
