Young Adulthood

Young Adulthood

from about the age of 20 to 25

During these years, your child may be studying or just entering the world of work

You may also have a child who is not studying or working, and who is struggling to find a role or career path. Your challenge is to assist your young adult to become independent and self-sufficient.

Parent coaching for young adults will help you to:

  • Set appropriate boundaries (e.g. around the use of your car, drinking etc.)
  • Increase their financial independence
  • Help them to make responsible decisions
  • Guide your young adult in career choices
  • Understand addictions (e.g. gaming, narcotics etc.)
  • Improve the communication you have with your child
